Operational Flexibility Notice: By booking, guests acknowledge that StayWithJay may relocate reservations to an equivalent or upgraded SWJ accommodation within approximately 2 miles of the original booking location for operational, maintenance, safety, or occupancy purposes. Replacement accommodations will never be materially inferior to the reserved accommodation type. No refund or compensation shall be due for compliant equivalent relocations.
