To our valued guests currently staying at The Celi Residences, at 3866 West 133rd Street

We want to inform you that a guest in the upstairs apartment (Jordan H.), who booked for only two people, has violated our house rules by attempting to host a party/gathering. 

We have already notified Airbnb and are contacting local authorities.
Our safety team is en route to the property now.

🔒 Please do not engage, confront, or communicate with the individuals involved.
They are not authorized to be here and are considered trespassing on private residential space we work hard to maintain and protect.

🚗 IMPORTANT PARKING NOTE:
If any vehicle is blocking the driveway, please relocate immediately to street parking only. The driveway must remain clear for emergency and safety personnel.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we handle this promptly and professionally.
