❓ What does “2 guests” on my reservation mean? Can I have visitors?
Each Stay With Jay suite or room has a listed capacity — from 1 guest in our smallest private rooms to 5 guests in our largest apartments. Most of our accommodations have a capacity of 2 guests.
It’s important to distinguish capacity from registered guests:
- Capacity = the maximum number of people the space can host.
- Registered guests = the people listed on your reservation.
For safety and comfort in our shared homes, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors who are not on the reservation are not permitted, even if they are not staying overnight.
You are in control of your reservation: if you are traveling with someone else, simply add them to your booking. Guest counts can be adjusted at the time of booking or afterward. Please note that some rooms and suites may have additional charges for extra guests.
