Where should I park
Need parking? Got you covered.
All of our properties are located in areas where free street parking is available and generally easy to find. We pride ourselves on ensuring our guests can pull up, park, and stay without the extra hassle or cost.
That said — if you’re the type that needs certainty, we got you too. Some of our homes (and even a few kind neighbors) offer a Dedicated Parking Spot (DPS) you can reserve for a small fee. These are first come, first served, and assigned only when available.
We love hosting drivers, but if your vehicle is larger than a standard pickup (F-150/Silverado-sized), please ask us before assuming a spot will fit — Cleveland’s residential streets weren’t built for rigs, RVs, or box trucks.
During your check-in form, just select “I’m driving” and we’ll take it from there.
🔹 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is parking included with my stay?
Yes. All our homes are located on streets where free parking is available and typically easy to find. You do not need to pay unless you want a guaranteed spot.
What is a Dedicated Parking Spot (DPS)?
A DPS is an optional, paid parking space assigned specifically to you — either in the driveway or through a neighbor partnership. Availability varies by property.
How do I request a DPS?
Just mark “I’m driving” on your virtual check-in form before arrival. If we have a spot open for your dates, we’ll reach out with details.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the property and duration, but it’s typically under $10/night. If available, you’ll receive payment instructions before arrival.
I’m driving a large vehicle — will it fit?
If your vehicle is larger than a standard pickup truck (F-150, Silverado, etc.), a DPS may not be suitable. Cleveland residential homes often have limited frontage — please contact us before assuming a fit.
What if I paid for a DPS but someone else is parked in my spot?
If this happens, let your host know immediately via the messaging app or guest portal.
Please do not take another guest’s spot — instead, park on the street temporarily and upload a photo of the vehicle occupying your assigned DPS.
Go about your day — we’ll handle contacting the uninformed (or distracted) guest to get the situation fixed.
Will I get a refund if this happens?
Because our DPS pricing is already deeply discounted, we do not issue refunds for a missed parking day.
Instead, we’ll issue you a one-time $25 coupon valid toward any future booking or service through your StayWithJay.com guest profile. Just reach out and we’ll make sure it’s added.
