Parking: Can be done ONLY on the WEST side of the street., (opposite from the house). When parking in the street make sure to NOT block any driveways, AND be certain your car is facing SOUTH.

There is a Keyless entry on the FRONT DOOR. Enter code: plus the check mark sign, then turn the handle to push the door open.

The door has an auto-lock, so closing the door automatically locks it. PLEASE CLOSE THE DOOR GENTLY especially if you come past 8PM.

Go through the living room, and once in the dining room, make a LEFT into the kitchen. Then another LEFT, you find the stairs to go up to the second floor.
Your room is the FIRST room to the RIGHT as you come up to the second floor. (like making a U-turn)

Your room code is also set to 6668+ the # (pound sign)

Bathrooms:
While your room have a private attached bathroom. There are also two shared full baths in the house. One of those bathrooms is on the second floor and the other one is on the first floor.

Common areas:
Kitchen:
There is Free Water and Coffee. Some Condiments are also provided.
Can be used 24×7
Stove cooking, frying, etc cannot take place anytime between 10 pm and 6 am.

Living Room & Dining Room:
Feel free to use these common areas. We ask that you mind our other guests and be kind to them as you wish they will be to you. After 10:00 pm we ask that the living room be left unused to avoid potential noise to guests who are already sleeping. 🙂

Safety & Cleanliness:
– Visitors that are not guests in the reservation are not allowed in the property at any time. Bringing unregistered guests will incur an extra guest fee of 20 dollars per night.
– Pets of any kind are strictly forbidden.
– When using the shared bathrooms always clean up after yourself, and never leave any personal belongings in the bathroom after you are done.

We want you to focus on having an amazing time.

Washers and dryers: 2 sets of washer/dryer for your convenience. One is located in the basement and the other set is inside of the laundry room on the second floor. Hours of use are limited to outside the quiet hours, and not between 10 AM and 2 PM as our cleaning crew uses those times to wash towels and linens. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

All the TVs are already connected to the WIFI network. The TVs are also equipped with basic cable.
Unless I am on one of my working trips, I most likely will be in the house as well. I will be available for anything you need during your stay.
