As you enter The Back porch door, close The door behind you. Take The stairs on your left to make your way to the second floor. At top of the stairs you will see another door, Enter your personal code plus the # (pound sign) then lower the handle to push the door open. The door has an auto-lock, so closing the door automatically locks it.
As you enter you will find yourself in the kitchen, go through the kitchen to enter the dining room,
Make a right turn and you will see a hallway

YOUR ROOM:
Your room is the room to the LEFT of the bathroom. enter your personal code plus pound to access your room
Your bedroom lock has the same code as the other locks, the 9157 plus the # (pound sign).

IMPORTANT: Closing your bedroom door automatically locks the door, it is recommended you always carry your cell phone with you in case you forget your code while outside of your room.

Common areas:
Kitchen:
There is usually Free Water and Coffee. Some Condiments are also provided.
Can be used 24×7
Stove cooking, frying, etc cannot take place anytime between 8 pm and 6 am.

Living Room & Dining Room:
Feel free to use these common areas. We ask that you mind our other guests and be kind to them as you wish they will be to you. After 10:00 pm we ask that the living room be left unused to avoid potential noise to guests already sleeping. 🙂

Safety & Cleanliness:
– Visitors that are not guests in the reservation are not allowed on the property at any time. Bringing unregistered guests will incur an extra guest fee of 20 dollars per night.
– Pets of any kind are strictly forbidden.
– When using the shared bathrooms always clean up after yourself, and never leave any personal belongings in the bathroom after you are done.

We want you to focus on having a fantastic time.

Parking can be done in the back of the driveway in front of garage, or on the EAST side of the street., (the house side). When parking in the street make sure to NOT block any driveways, AND be certain your car is facing North.

The washer and dryer are located in the basement. The basement can be accessed by going down the stairs on the back of the unit. Washing may not happen between the hours of 10AM and 2PM as our cleaning crew usually wash linens during those times.

All the TVs are already connected to the WIFI network. The Roku has all apps pre-installed, though you will need to use your own login.

There will most likely be other guests in the home during your stay, so it is requested that used towels be kept in your own private room.
