Important Information
• Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of occupants for this room is 2 people. If you’re traveling with a child, they may be the second occupant, but the room cannot accommodate more than 2 individuals.
• Shared Home: You’ve reserved 1 private bedroom in a shared home. Common areas like the kitchen, living room, and dining room are shared with other guests.
• Room Essentials: Your room includes 2 towels, 2 washcloths, a bathroom mat, and 2 complimentary water bottles. For stays of 5 days or more, additional towels will be provided.
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

1. Enter through the back porch door.
2. Close the door behind you and take the stairs to the second floor.
3. Use your personal code at the door at the top of the stairs.
4. Your room is to the right of the bathroom. Enter using your personal code. All locks use the same code, and doors auto-lock when closed.
Tip: Always carry your code with you, as you’ll need it to access your room.
Common Areas
• Kitchen: Open 24/7 with free water, coffee, and condiments. Please refrain from cooking on the stove top between 8 PM and 6 AM.
• Living & Dining Rooms: Available for use, but kindly respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Never sleep on the couch, your private room is perfect for sleeping and napping.
House Rules
• No Pets or Children Beyond the Occupancy Limit: Only up to 2 people (including children) are allowed in the room.
• Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A $20/night fee applies for unregistered individuals.
• Towels & Toiletries: Used towels, washcloths, and personal toiletries should be kept in your private room.
• Bathroom Etiquette: Clean shared bathrooms after use and don’t leave personal items behind.
