Last night, we had a serious incident reported by our local host. It appears that one of the guests—along with unregistered individuals seen in the photos—hosted an unauthorized event inside the residence. This is a direct violation of our house rules and a serious breach of trust.
At this time, we do not have confirmation of which guest is responsible. As a result, we’ve activated our emergency security protocol:
🚨 All access codes have been expired effective immediately.
✅ New codes will only be issued after each registered guest confirms they are safe.
If you are currently inside the residence and feel unsafe:
• Please remain in your room.
• Contact local authorities if needed.
• You may also reach out to Booking.com safety team directly or to us via the contacts below.
We’ve already engaged Booking.com’s Safety Team to assist in removing any individuals who have illegally entered our property. As longtime Hosts, we take pride in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all. While all procedures were followed last night, someone deliberately circumvented our safeguards.
We will adapt. We will improve.
For now, please do the following:
1. Reply to this message confirming you are safe — we will immediately issue your new access code.
2. If you are not safe or notice anything suspicious, let us know immediately.
