Project Summary:
We’re looking for a contractor to repair and reinforce an aging interior staircase that leads from a side door entry into the basement. The structure is functional but in poor condition and needs immediate attention. This is a labor-only project. All materials will be provided by the owner, and an additional $100 allowance is available for any incidental supply runs or fasteners.

Scope of Work:

• Rebuild or reinforce stair treads and risers

• Patch or stabilize wall damage adjacent to the stairs

• Re-secure or replace handrail as needed

• Prep stair structure for future painting (paint not required)

Compensation:

• Labor-only quote required

• $100 consideration included for any materials you may need to grab yourself

• No need to quote materials – owner handles all primary purchases
