All Stay With Jay residences reserve the right to perform in-person check-ins virtually through our exterior Ring security cameras.
If selected for verification:

Guests will receive a message before arrival stating that virtual check-in is required in order to activate their smart lock code.

Guests must provide a 15-minute check-in window before 10:00 PM local time.

During that time, a real human member of our Digital Guest Services Team will be on standby to greet and verify you via the Ring camera.

Once verified, your code will be activated and sent to your registered contact method.
