All Stay With Jay residences reserve the right to perform in-person check-ins virtually through our exterior Ring security cameras.

If selected for verification:

  • Guests will receive a message before arrival stating that virtual check-in is required in order to activate their smart lock code.

  • Guests must provide a 15-minute check-in window before 10:00 PM local time.

  • During that time, a real human member of our Digital Guest Services Team will be on standby to greet and verify you via the Ring camera.

  • Once verified, your code will be activated and sent to your registered contact method.
