Your team simply books the nights they need using your private StayWithJay portal. If no one needs the unit during a certain period (for example, if work slows down or shifts out of town), you can sublease that time to the general public through us.
We handle everything — from guest screening to cleaning — and you keep 100% of the revenue from those bookings. It’s your space, your upside.
