We’ve just been made aware that there is currently no water service at 2007 W. 100 and 2014 W. 100 due to unexpected outside utility work. This is not part of our operations and was not scheduled or communicated to us in advance.
At this moment:
• There is no backup water supply on-site.
• Based on our 10+ years of experience in Cleveland, water has historically been restored the same day or by nightfall in similar cases — even with water main breaks.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will update you as soon as we have confirmation from the crews or the City on restoration time.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, especially during a busy weekend, and appreciate your patience while the utility team works on this.
