Seeking a structural engineering professional to provide expert feedback on a thesis analyzing two typical Cleveland-area house designs. Consultation may be on-site (Cleveland) or virtual (video call).
Scope
- Review a written thesis draft (and any supporting photos/sketches/plans provided).
- Provide structural feedback on framing/loads, typical failure points, and constructability considerations relevant to Cleveland housing stock.
- Identify gaps, questionable assumptions, and recommendations to strengthen the work.
- Deliver feedback as written notes and/or a live walkthrough.
Format Options
- Virtual consult (60–90 minutes) with follow-up notes, or
- On-site walkthrough (time/location coordinated) with summary notes.
