What Is Included
Private Room ($12)
The room must be returned to guest-ready condition, including:
- Remove trash
- Replace trash liner
- Dust surfaces
- Vacuum and/or mop floors
- Clean mirrors
- Wipe high-touch surfaces
- Inspect walls and furniture for damage
- Make the bed using clean linens provided
- Arrange pillows and bedding neatly
- Final guest-ready presentation
Standard Bathroom ($5)
- Clean toilet
- Clean sink and countertop
- Clean mirror
- Sweep and mop floor
- Empty trash
- Replace liner
- Restock supplies as provided
Bathroom with Glass Shower Doors ($10)
Includes all standard bathroom tasks plus:
- Clean and polish glass shower doors
- Remove water spots and soap residue
- Additional detailing of shower enclosure
Kitchen ($10)
- Sweep and mop floor
- Wipe countertops
- Clean sink
- Empty trash
- Replace liner
- Load and start dishwasher if needed
- Wipe appliance exteriors
- Clean window sills and visible surfaces
- Return kitchen to guest-ready condition
Completion Requirements
- Cleaning is considered complete only when:
- The space is fully cleaned.
- The online cleaning form is completed.
- The room or space is officially released as ready.
- Payment is earned upon successful completion and release of the space.
- Spaces requiring re-cleaning are not considered complete until corrected.
- Damage, maintenance issues, missing supplies, or unusual conditions must be reported during the cleaning process.
- Rates are paid per completed space, not by the hour.
Payment Policy
- Payment will be sent using the cleaner’s preferred payment method.
- During normal business days and business hours, payment will be issued no later than two (2) hours after completion and release of the space.
- Example:
- Space released at 3:00 PM → payment issued no later than 5:00 PM.
- Space released at 4:00 PM → payment issued no later than 6:00 PM.
