Guests booking more than 2 nights will have access to a laundry room in the second floor and in the basement for free of charge. Our cleaning staff comes in daily to make sure all shared spaces are tidy and clean. This is a shared home. Your suite is private to you only and secured with our smart locks. You will have access to your room, kitchen, laundry room, living and dining room. Most of the time I am available to interact with guests if you'd like. To abide by local legal requirements, guests must complete our secure verification process, which includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and signing our lease agreement before check-in. Every bedroom is equipped with cable and smart tv. There is a desk where work can be accomplished and four full bathrooms, two of them are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or to just heat up a microwave dinner. Food delivery is super convenient as well. Uber Eats delivers here from the best restaurants and diners in town. 3 Cameras are located outside. One on the back of the house, facing the backyard and driveway. This camera is also motion activated. A second camera is located o the right side of the property facing the driveway and the street. This camera is also motion activated. The third camera is located on the front porch facing the street. This camera is also motion activated. These cameras are always recording and are triggered by movement.
