As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving our properties, scheduled property assessments will take place today at several Stay With Jay residences.
During these visits, a representative accompanied by a Stay With Jay host may be documenting:

Why is someone visiting today?
We periodically perform property assessments and documentation as part of maintaining and improving our properties.
Will someone enter my room?
No.
Occupied guest rooms will not be entered unless:
- you voluntarily grant permission, or
- there is an emergency requiring immediate access.
Will photographs be taken of my room?
Only rooms that are currently vacant may be photographed.
If your room is occupied, your privacy will be respected.
Why are you doing this?
Regular property documentation helps us:
- maintain our properties
- improve guest experiences
- support future renovations and improvements
- keep our listings accurate
How long will the visit last?
Usually only a few minutes per area.
Will this affect my stay?
We expect only minor inconvenience, if any.
Most guests will likely notice little more than brief activity in common areas.
Common Statements
“I booked for privacy.”
Absolutely, and we respect that.
Your private occupied room will not be entered without your permission unless there is an emergency. Today’s activity is limited primarily to common areas and vacant rooms.
“I don’t want my picture taken.”
Neither do we.
The visit is focused on documenting the property—not guests. We will avoid photographing guests whenever reasonably possible.
“Can I refuse entry?”
If the room is occupied, yes—unless an emergency exists.
Common areas of the property may still be accessed by management as needed for maintenance and operational purposes.
“Will this impact my review or reservation?”
Not at all.
This visit has nothing to do with your reservation or your stay.
