Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Your private room has all the conveniences you need for a pleasant stay, starting with a privacy lock, a comfortable new bed, white linens, and comforters. You also get your own minifridge to store your refreshments. If you stay more than one day, you will meet our awesome cleaning person who is there everyday around 10 AM and 2 PM. Other things to note A cleaning person comes in daily at around 10 AM and cleans the shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. Our cleaning person is there to make sure everything is well put together. The cleaning person is not there to wash your dishes, so we do ask you to wash your own dishes. 🙂 Operational Flexibility Notice: By booking, guests acknowledge that StayWithJay may relocate reservations to an equivalent or upgraded SWJ accommodation within approximately 2 miles of the original booking location for operational, maintenance, safety, or occupancy purposes. Replacement accommodations will never be materially inferior to the reserved accommodation type. No refund or compensation shall be due for compliant equivalent relocations. Local laws and platform policies apply where required. For everyone's safety, there are 2 security cameras. 1 in the backyard facing the garage and driveway. It records 24/7 based on movement. The second security camera is located on the front porch, facing the street. This camera also records 24/7 based on movement.
