We wanted to inform you that a water leak has been reported in the basement at our West 134th Street property.
As a precaution, the water supply has been temporarily shut off, and a maintenance technician is on the way to address the issue.
We anticipate that water service may be unavailable for approximately 1.5 to 3 hours.

UPDATE — Water Service Restored
Water service has been fully restored at P3769. The leak has been repaired and the issue resolved. Repairs were completed by Topline Home Solutions.
