Getting to your suite
Complete virtual check-in before arrival. Your personal access code is provided privately through your booking platform. The code shown in the visual is an example only.
- Use the right-side door beside the driveway, not the front door. Wake the keypad with a light swipe, enter your personal code and press #.
- Close the entrance door behind you and go up the three steps.
- The kitchen is on your left. Continue straight ahead, then make a right U-turn and take the stairs to the second floor.
- Push open the glass door, then turn left. Use your code to open the laundry-room door.
- Your suite is straight ahead. Use the same personal code to enter.
Your suite has its own full bathroom. Keep your personal code private. For assistance, message us through your booking platform and tell us which door you are at and what happens when you enter your code.
