Before you arrive
Complete your virtual check-in. Your personal access code is provided privately through your booking platform and email. Have it available when you arrive.
Check-in begins at 4 PM. Checkout is by 10 AM. All times are Cleveland local time. Any different arrival time requires confirmation from your host.
Your visual guide
1. Find the entrance
Facing the house from the street, go to the right-side door beside the driveway. The front door is not the guest entrance.
2. Unlock the entrance
- Swipe the back of your hand over the keypad to wake it.
- Enter your personal four-digit code.
- Press #.
The 1234 shown in the visual is an example. Use the personal code provided for your reservation.
3. Reach the main floor
Enter through the side door. Go up the steps and open the white door. You will see the dining room straight ahead and the kitchen to your right.
4. Find the Uno Room
Walk into the dining room. Turn left into the living room. Your room is on the left, on the first floor. Your bedroom door uses the same personal code.
Shared bathrooms
- First floor, off the laundry room.
- Second floor.
From your room, walk through the living and dining rooms to the laundry room, then turn right.
Please clean up after use and remove your personal belongings.
