Purpose: Display individual room/unit performance data.
Access Roles:

  • Admin (Full View & Controls)
  • Owners (Assigned Properties Only)
  • Leads (Future name TBD) – Read-only preview or demo access for investor prospects

Property Overview Dropdown filter by Property Code (e.g., P2007, P2014)
Listing Cards Individual tiles/cards per room/unit: name, type, current occupancy, etc.
Metrics (per listing) – Occupancy % (Last 30 / 90 days) – Revenue (YTD / MTD) – Avg. Daily Rate – Avg. Length of Stay – Status (Listed / Unlisted / Suspended)
Trend Chart (optional) Line/bar chart for RevPAR or occupancy over time
Status Badges Color-coded: Green (Booked), Yellow (Available), Red (Needs Attention)

⚙️ Design Notes

  • Menu Integration: Show in top menu only when user is logged in.
    • Logic: if role = admin OR owner OR lead → show menu item
