Welcome to StayWithJay — where comfort meets consistency. Whether you’re in town for business, relocation, or simply to explore Cleveland, we provide thoughtfully curated private rooms, suites, and residences that feel like home — without the stress.
To ensure a smooth, respectful stay for all guests and staff, we ask everyone to follow our House Rules. These guidelines help us maintain the high standards that our guests have come to expect.

✅ Check-In: 4:00 PM
✅ Check-Out: 10:00 AM
✅ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
✅ Only registered guests are allowed on the property
✅ Always lock doors when leaving the unit
🚫 No parties, events, or large gatherings
🚫 No smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed indoors or on the premises
🚫 Damages must be reported immediately
🍳 Shared Kitchen & Common Areas
✅ Clean up after yourself immediately
✅ Label and store food properly
✅ Be respectful: no loud music or phone calls
✅ Use appliances responsibly and clean after use
⏰ Early Check-In Policy (No Guarantees)
We love efficiency — but early check-in is rare. Our homes run near 90% year-round occupancy, and co-hosts follow a strict turnover schedule.

❌ We do not offer luggage storage
🛋️ Decorating & Checkout Reminders

All our listings include:
- 7-day-per-week common area cleaning
- Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries
- In-unit Wi-Fi and utilities included
- Smoke detectors and safety equipment installed
- Guidebooks with local tips
🔐 Guest Verification Notice
We value your privacy — and your security. You may be asked to complete a guest verification process, including a government-issued ID, prior to check-in. This is standard for professionally managed homes.
