We’re in the business of delivering premium, well-designed, fully furnished stays for commuters, gig economy workers, and anyone needing affordable housing — all starting at just $50 per night. That’s our baseline: $50 per room, per night, and we run a tight ship to make that price possible without sacrificing comfort, cleanliness, or dignity.
But our mission goes deeper.
We empower local homeowners to join the short-term rental economy — either by creating private guest suites in their own homes or partnering with us to activate unused space. Done right, that suite could generate up to $20,000 a year. That’s not a side hustle — that’s transformation.
Every decision we make — from our pricing model to our operations — is about efficiency, dignity, and respect:
