In case you forget, we will bill you the ForgetKeyGentleFee of $25 dollars. How do we know you forgot to return the key? We know because prior to your check in we take a timestamped image of your room, as a quality check. And in that image, we get to see whether the physical RFID key is there. If it was there prior to your arrival, it should be there after your departure. If it is not, by using the Hidden Key, you agree to be charged the ForgetKeyGentleFee off $25.00 dollars.  We will send you the charge through the platform you made your reservation, or through our own merchant account.
