When you inform us that you “are bringing more than one person” when completing the virtual check in, we re-inform you of the total capacity of the room, and suggest either an upgrade, or that you book an additional room. That option may either be on the same residence or in one of our sister residences.

Bringing more than the total occupancy capacity of your private room is against health and safety protocol and is never tolerated. Every guest must be registered and accounted for.
