Your suite is located on the second floor. Once you reach the top of the stairs, you’ll see a glass door that should be partially open—please keep it accessible at all times. Pass through, and directly in front of you is the shared bathroom. Turn left, and you’ll see a door with a smart lock that leads to the laundry room. Your Room Name is by the door, you should not be able to miss it. Go through the laundry room, and directly in front of you is another door with a smart lock. That is your suite. Use your personal code was sent to you via email and through the platform (OTA) you used to make your reservation followed by the pound (#) sign to unlock it.
