Wesley Rosenberg is a grounded, sharp, and seasoned entrepreneur — the kind of leader who balances hands-on craftsmanship with a deep passion for people.
As Founder and CEO of Building Waters Inc. and Econo Sewer & Drain, he has built one of the most respected plumbing and mechanical services companies in Wisconsin — recognized multiple times as the best service company in the Racine area.
Jay Silva and Wesley first met in 2019, when Jay served as Project Director at Cogent Analytics. Over twelve transformative weeks, they worked side-by-side to reshape the structure and strategy of Building Waters. The results speak for themselves: more than 5x growth since that engagement, achieved without compromising quality.
In 2024, the two reconnected to launch the CEO’s Grind Podcast with Jay and Wes, a space for founders, builders, and leaders to share the real grind behind entrepreneurship. The podcast, now in its second season and recently filmed in Brazil, reflects their belief that laughter and learning should share the same table.
Wes brings over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction to his role as StudioHaus investor and advisor, shaping the brand’s design philosophy of functionality and efficiency.
An educator at heart, he’s known for coaching and developing apprentice plumbers — teaching through example, precision, and mentorship. Outside the job, he’s an artist of another kind — carving wooden ducks, taking great photographs, and exploring new corners of the world.
During the first CEO’s Grind Brazil Trip, Wes discovered São Paulo’s dynamic business scene, connecting with Investidores.VC, and exploring his new role as an advisor there. As Wes puts it:

Wes também é investidor e advisor da StudioHaus, contribuindo com sua experiência em engenharia e eficiência construtiva para o design funcional de cada haus e cada novo projeto.
Fora dos negócios, é escultor de patos em madeira, fotógrafo e viajante apaixonado — um verdadeiro educador por vocação e exemplo.
