Your room has a Full Size Bed, a small computer desk with a chair, and a ceiling fan, and a TV. For summer months we have central air for added comfort.

For security, a camera on the front porch faces the street and records automatically based on motion triggers.

You will have access to your private bedroom and bathroom. Plus: shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Laundry is complimentary, therefore if for some reason it is out of order, we will not refund any part of your reservation for this reason. There is a laundromat nearby, you can find directions to it on google, or by accessing your guest portal.

To abide by local legal requirements, guests must complete our secure verification process, which includes providing a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and signing our lease agreement before check-in. Check-in instructions will only be provided upon successful completion of this process. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

A cleaning person or your local host comes in daily at around 10 AM and cleans the shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. Our cleaning person is there to make sure everything is well put together. This person is not there to wash your dishes, so wash your own dishes.

For everyone’s safety, there are 2 security cameras. 1 in the backyard facing the garage and driveway. It records 24/7 based on movement.
The second security camera is located on the front porch, facing the street. This camera also records 24/7 based on movement.

Work travelers and road warriors: this place is made with you in mind. We worked really hard to make sure you have all the conveniences of a hotel but with a home feeling. Every bedroom is equipped with cable and smart tv. There is a desk where work can be accomplished and four full bathrooms, two of them are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or to just heat up a microwave dinner. Food delivery is super convenient as well. Uber Eats delivers here from the best restaurants and diners in town.
