At StayWithJay, we strive to provide convenient parking options whenever available. However, by parking at or near any StayWithJay property, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Parking at Your Own Risk
All vehicles are parked entirely at the guest’s own risk. This applies to:
- Street parking
- Driveway parking
- Rear lot parking
- Paid parking
- Free parking
- Any parking location suggested, offered, or made available by StayWithJay
StayWithJay, its hosts, co-hosts, property owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives are not responsible or liable for:
- Theft or attempted theft
- Vehicle break-ins
- Damage to vehicles
- Vandalism
- Towing
- Accidents
- Weather-related damage
- Loss or theft of personal belongings left inside vehicles
- Any other vehicle-related incident or loss
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are solely responsible for:
- Locking and securing their vehicles
- Removing valuables and personal belongings
- Following all posted parking signs and local parking regulations
- Ensuring their vehicle is legally parked
- Maintaining valid insurance coverage
No Bailment or Security Relationship
Providing or suggesting a parking location does not create any form of vehicle supervision, security obligation, custody relationship, or bailment between StayWithJay and the guest.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a StayWithJay property, accessing the property, or parking a vehicle near the property, guests acknowledge and accept this Parking Policy and Vehicle Liability Disclaimer in full.
