Guest who overstay check out and decide not to pay, simply because they are a returning guest. That does not work.

Your policy should be applied equally and fairly across all guests. Overlooking a simple 20 dollar fee, is easier than enforcing it. Many wrong reasons to overlook, among them . .because they are a returning guest.. that simply means.. they will and may already have kept many 20 dollars during many stays.. why?
