Extension Requests Policy If your original booking used a last-minute discount, any request to extend your stay within 14 days of checkout will default to our standard minimum rate of $45/night. This is because Airbnb’s system incorrectly applies last-minute pricing to extensions, which is meant for new bookings only. All such alteration requests will be revised and sent back at the correct rate. Thank you for understanding as we maintain fairness and consistency for all guests.
