I run 20+ short-term rentals in Ohio. While my partner, who is from Maine, Eric, runs our studio hotel operation in São Paulo. We both started small, and made a ton of mistakes.

We eventually realized that the best way to grow was to lower the risks using professional partners while automating the administration for investors.
