Important Information
• Maximum Occupancy: Your reservation was made for 3 people occupant(s). The maximum number of occupants for this room is people. If you’re traveling with a child, they may be the second occupant, but the room cannot accommodate more than individuals.
• Shared Home: You’ve reserved 1 private suite in a shared home. Common areas like the kitchen are shared with other guests.
• Room Essentials: Your room includes 3towels, 3 washcloths, a bathroom mat, and 2 complimentary water bottles. For stays of 5 days or more, additional towels will be provided.

• Check-in/Check-out:
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is unavailable. If needed, please book an additional night via your preferred booking platform. Booking.com, or directly through us if you prefer viewing our entire room and suite options.

Directions and Entry
The address of the Home is 2007 W 100th Street, Cleveland OH 44102.
Parking can be done ONLY on the WEST side of the street., (opposite from the house). When parking in the street make sure to NOT block any driveways, AND be certain your car is facing SOUTH.

Access Point:

Enter via the driveway side door – use your personal code to enter it. Go up a few steps, on your left will be the kitchen if you contiue Continue straight upstairs to reach the private rooms and suites on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Directions to Your Room

• Enter your personal smart code 4614 followed by the pound sign (#) or the check mark to unlock the door.

On the Second Floor:
• At the top of the stairs, you’ll see a glass door that is partially open. Please do not lock this door—it must remain accessible at all times.
• Once you pass through, you’re officially on the second floor.
4. Finding Your Room:
• Directly in front of you is the 2nd floor shared bathroom
. Your room door is the LEFT of the shared bathroom located in the second floor.
. That is your room! Enter your provided 4614 plus the pound sign and voila you are in your room!
Once inside, gently close your door. The door will auto-lock behind you, ensuring that only you (or someone with your code) can access your room.
. Your private bathroom will be in front of you as you walk into your room. Go around the bathroom to gain access the queen bedroom area. Please watch your step as the bedroom is one step up from where you come in through your bedroom door.

Lastly, now it is time to connect to the wifi. Simply find our WiFi network: StayWithJayEdgewaterResidences and follow the prompts to log in. You should not need a password.
