Your payment for the lost item recovery and handling fee has been received.
Your request will now be reviewed based on the details you submitted. Once confirmed, you will receive a separate confirmation email with the pickup instructions, access code, and retrieval location for your lost item.
Please note: access is limited strictly to the scheduled pickup window and retrieval process. No early arrivals, late arrivals, drop-ins, or unscheduled access are permitted.
If we determine that you are not the rightful owner of the item, the pickup will not be approved. A refund may be issued upon written request by emailing info@staywithjay.com.
