Khaliyah, Welcome to Cozy room in 2nd floor – near Airport & Lakewood a peaceful upstairs unit in a duplex.
What you get: You will get: a private room, shared bathroom between two gas and maximum at maximum. In your room: 40 inch Roku TV to charge stations for your cell phones iPads, etc. to clean towels and wash rags

the neighborhood: super peaceful close to RTA routes. 12 minutes from downtown driving four minutes from Lakewood fairly centrally located.
Longer stays or welcomed our cleaning person will clean your room once every seven days.

Spacious apartment. Upstairs unit. You can enter through the left door in the front porch, or through the back porch.
Decent size kitchen well equipped.
1 shared bathroom.

Aside from your private cozy bedroom. You will have access to:
Laundry room in the basement
Living and dining room in the second floor as well as the kitchen.
Upstairs front porch in case you need/want to smoke.

I am available mostly by message through the app or over the phone.
Our long time cleaning person, Lily, stops by the unit from Monday through Saturday between 10 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. If you need extra towels, or anything else let us know through the app, so Lily can accommodate your request the best she can.

Great peaceful neighborhood. Very family oriented.
In the mornings you are bound to see all the youngsters walking to their school bus stops.

Parking can be done on the street in either side. Be sure to never block driveways.
Parking can also be done in our driveway. Although there are only spaces for 2 cars, thus if someone else is already parked, proceed to park on the street.

Your bedroom has an electronic lock with a password set to the last 4 digits of your phone number (when you have a phone number listed).

For everyone’s safety, there are 2 security cameras. 1 in the backyard facing the garage and driveway. It records 24/7 based on movement.
The second security camera is located on the front porch, facing the street. This camera also records 24/7 based on movement.
