Eric Cullenberg is the co-founder and operational architect behind StudioHaus, a fast-growing hospitality startup transforming overlooked urban spaces into high-performing studio hotels. With more than 30 boutique units operating between the U.S. and Brazil, Eric blends construction, marketing, and automation to deliver scalable investment-grade hospitality products.

With over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience across real estate, construction management, and digital marketing, Eric brings a rare combination of operational depth and creative vision. His early career included leadership at Foote, Cone & Belding (New York) and business development for Gansevoort Hotel Group (Brazil), where he helped position international hotel brands in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

At StudioHaus, Eric leads the operational design and technology systems powering the brand’s franchise model — an innovative structure that merges real-estate investment with boutique hospitality design. Each franchise location operates as an independent, automated studio-hotel cluster, optimized for investor returns and guest experience.
